As we can only serve fresh ingredients, the details of the course may change from time to time.The sweet and rich homemade tofu made with organic soybeans is combined with sea urchin, and each dish is a masterpiece that is the result of careful preparation, such as a seasonal sashimi platter with fresh sesame mackerel, grilled oysters with shells, and simmered golden-eyed snapper.
